National Franchise Sales is pleased to announce that Rebecca Black has joined the Advisor team. Prior to joining National Franchise Sales, Rebecca’s foodservice career was focused on operations and franchise support. Her career of more than 30 years in the restaurant business began at Pizza Hut while she was still in high school moving from Team Member to General Manager then to Multi-Unit. From Multi-unit her next role was training where she supported 425 corporate and franchised locations. Venturing into the franchise world as an Operating Partner, she helped develop 26 Papa John’s in California and Alaska. As a franchisee, she was honored with the Pacesetter Award for Small Business from the Roundtable for Women in Foodservice. Continuing in the franchise world, she then joined Panera Bread as an Operating Partner developing Orange County. Moving back into the operations and franchise support side, she then held executive positions in two other highly franchised brands, Shakey’s and Chronic Tacos. Her extensive experience in both the corporate and franchise world has given her a unique perspective enabling her to help franchisees succeed. Rebecca is an Executive Board Member at Ramona’s Mexican Food Products, a manufacturer of high quality Mexican food established in 1947. She holds a BS in Business Management from University of Phoenix and is a Certified Franchise Executive with the International Franchise Association.
