Little Caesars in Maryland changes hands

A Little Caesars changed hands in Maryland with the assistance of National Franchise Sales who was engaged by LC Maryland City 1940-04 LL for the sale. The unit was acquired by new Little Caesars franchisee Washingtonstarz Laurel LLC. NFS was instrumental in resolving challenging lease negotiations and expedited Franchisor approval.
