NFS Negotiates Lease during Pandemic to Execute Sale

National Franchise Sales conducted a transaction for the purchase of their first Denny's by multi-brand owner BD Foods, LLC. The pandemic era transaction required no financing, and the National Franchise Sales Denny's Resale Team negotiated a lease extension for a lease that was otherwise expiring in 7 years. NFS worked to keep parties engaged while awaiting a protracted sale necessitated in order to obtain PPP forgiveness.
