National Franchise Sales guided the sale of a Jimmy John’s unit in Indiana for an undisclosed seller who sold to Culinary Capital, LLC, a neighboring franchisee. First time franchisee Nhan Pham of Radiant Twilight, LLC purchased a Jimmy John's franchise restaurant in Washington state from Ground Viral, LLC. The buyer was introduced to the Jimmy John's concept by National Franchise Sales (NFS) who guided both buyer and seller throughout the offer, due diligence, franchisor and landlord approvals, the escrow processes and assisted in securing financing.
