The Sellers of three Jimmy John’s units in Oregon, 4M Ventures LLC have exited the brand and retired with the assistance of NFS. The buyer, existing Franchisee Williams Ventures 3878, LLC et al. purchased new territory in a new state with plans to grow and develop in the state. This was the Buyer's 2nd Jimmy John's purchase with NFS.
