NFS Facilitates Carl's Jr. Franchisee Retirement

Retiring Carl’s Jr. Franchisee, Gary & Becky Vick, Inc. hired NFS to divest of eight Carl’s Jr. restaurants. The seller wanted to make sure that the right buyer was taking over his legacy. Buyer, DMF Restaurants, LLC is a strong existing Franchisee who is very highly regarded in the brand. Once APA was agreed upon the process moved very quickly.
