This was a quick transaction as the restaurant was newer (newly built and opened May 2018), clean franchisor transfer checklist; good books and records; great restaurant sales and seller GCKC Management Group, LLC was the landlord. The buyers, Ashir Group, LLC are gas station and truck stop operators as well as McAlister’s Deli franchisees.
