EPL in Santa Maria sold by NFS

National Franchise Sales brokered the sale of the El Pollo Loco restaurant in Santa Maria, CA for Pollo Meal Inc. who divested this unit but remains in the brand. The buyer, United Lerone II, LLC have been existing El Pollo Loco franchisees for many years. In addition to the 14 El Pollo Loco’s they currently have, they are developing new locations in Utah as well.
