Financing & Lease issues resolved

National Franchise Sales assisted Oregon Melting Pot LLC with the purchase of their first restaurant franchise by affecting the transfer of a Melting Pot franchise in Oregon from Portland Fondue, Inc. After some financing challenges, NFS was able to identify a lender, United Business Bank, who underwrote and funded in three weeks’ time. Additionally, the transfer was made possible in part, by additional lease term added to on an expiring lease that was negotiated by NFS.
