NFS assists KBP Foods with Acquisition

MSAA Partners, LLC exited the KFC brand with the sale of their final unit in Ohio to KBP Foods, the largest KFC franchisee in the system, who was looking to expand their portfolio of restaurants in this geographic region. Both buyer and seller are repeat clients of National Franchise Sales who facilitated multiple units between the two entities over the past two years.
