Multi-brand franchisee Cambridge Franchise Holdings, one of the largest fast food franchises in the U.S., acquired nine Burger King restaurants and 8 fee properties in two states – Mississippi & Louisiana, in a transaction arranged and managed by National Franchise Sales (NFS) with the assistance of SRS Realty Partners. NFS assisted both buyer and seller to navigate through the challenging constraints of negotiating and closing simultaneous transactions for the franchises and the real properties against tight deadlines.
