NFS overcomes lease issues to successful conclusion

National Franchise Sales facilitated the sale of a Denny’s restaurant in Placerville by Placerville Foods, Inc. to buyer Guru Foods, Inc. who added to their existing portfolio of Denny’s restaurants.
