Culver City Denny's restaurant purchased by Sunrise Restaurants from CJR Restaurant Management, Inc. The lease for this high volume Denny’s was set to expire within a year and the landlord had another use in mind. NFS was able to secure a high net worth buyer and facilitate complex lease negotiations resulting in preserving the location as a Denny’s while selling the business.
