NFS completes 18 Unit Applebee's transaction

Multi-brand franchisee Seenu Kasturi added 18 Applebee’s restaurants to his portfolio of franchise restaurants. National Franchise Sales worked feverishly on this transaction with both Buyer and Seller and Franchisor to reach a successful consummation of sale for all parties. With the seller grooming his inventory of stores outside of his core market, NFS assisted in all aspects of the transaction including the coordination of 18 lease assignments and liquor licenses in four states, in addition to assisting the seller to secure significant rent reductions.
